B- Basic Class

A- Advanced Class

M- Mixed Ability Class

Class Descriptions :

Co-ordination Crazy- Kids will be working on hand-eye co-ordination with a number of different games and ball handling skills circuits. This class encourages active listening. Also good for basic concepts such as counting.

Movement Madness- Kids will be working on basic loco motor skills used in everyday life (e.g. skipping, hopping, jumping etc). They will also working on their listening skills, improving cardiovascular fitness and will be working towards improving working with teams. Also great for basic concepts such as color recognition.

Balance Bonanza- Kids will be working towards improving the skill of balancing their bodies when moving through various activities. Various games will encourage children to practice balancing objects on parts of their bodies, which is also great for posture. Also good for reinforcing the names of various body parts.

Mix it up!- As the name suggests, this class will incorporate games and circuits that work on co-ordination, movement and balance skills.
